Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package sliced pepperoni
  • 1 ball or roll pizza dough
  • 2 cups pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Take a package of OREO cookies.
  2. Crush them up finely.
  3. Take softened cream cheese.
  4. Mix well with cookie crumbs.
  5. Roll into one inch cookie balls.
  6. Then freeze for 10 minutes.
  7. Dip cookie balls into melted chocolate.
  8. Place on a prepared cookie sheet covered with wax paper.
  9. Place into the refrigerator for 15 minutes to an hour before decorating.
  10. Add 5 candy corn to the back of the ball as tail feathers.
  11. Use icing as glue to attach the candy eyes.
  12. Cut one candy corn into pieces, using the white tip as the nose.
