
Simple Sautéed Vegetables
This recipe combines fresh vegetables, olive oil, and a dash of seasoning for a flavorful and nutritious dish that's ready in minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli. Stir well to coat in the oil.
- Sauté the vegetables for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender but still crisp.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning if using.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
Tips
For added flavor, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the vegetables before serving or sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
